These terms govern the Tamdot beta. Billing, Stripe and external calendar synchronization are not available in this V1.

Service
Tamdot organizes Gmail communications into cases, contacts, documents, follow-ups and internal appointments. It proposes matching, summaries and replies for review. Microsoft 365 is not represented as validated until acceptance with a real Entra tenant is complete.
Account responsibilities
Users protect access, provide accurate information, respect data-subject rights and invite only authorized collaborators. The owner controls roles, integrations and shared preferences. Tamdot does not replace professional, legal, tax or accounting judgment.
Email and automation
Tamdot prepares local guidance for review and copy only. The user sends it from their usual mail client; Tamdot never sends or modifies email. Only a real message later discovered in Sent can serve as delivery evidence.
Intellectual property
Tamdot, its interface, documentation and brand assets are protected. Users retain rights in submitted content and warrant that they are authorized to process it.
Availability, suspension and deletion
The beta may change, be interrupted or be affected by provider limits. Access may be suspended for security, abuse, breach or legal necessity. Final service levels, notice and termination terms are [À CONFIRMER : commercial and termination policy].
Liability and governing law
